What are your cancellation policies?
In-person: Cancellations must be made by Monday, April 4, 2022, and are subject to a $200 processing fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after this date, or for event no-shows. Hotel reservations canceled within 72 hours of the arrival date will be charged a 1-night stay.
Virtual: On-demand content for ISA22 will be available for 90 days following the event. Cancellation requests will not be honored after 5:00 PM Eastern Time on Friday, April 8, 2022.
In-person Exhibitor Booths: Cancellations must be made by Monday, April 4, 2022, and are subject to a $375 processing fee. No refunds will be issued on cancellations received after this date.
What is the deadline to register?
There is no deadline to register for ISA22.
When can I start making appointments in Network Now?
We have a new format for ISA22. Meet with who you want, when you want, and where you want based on your schedule using the ISA22 Private Meeting feature. No need to conform to a set schedule. Meet at a booth, virtually, or at the hotel lounge!
Which airport to fly into?
The William P. Hobby Airport (HOU) and George Bush Intercontinental Airport Houston (IAH) both are around 20-30 minutes from the hotel.
Where do I book the hotel?
Get the special ISA22 discounted room rate of $224/night + tax. Book your room HERE. The discounted room deadline has been extended to Friday, March 25, 2022.
Can non-members register to attend ISA22?

Will there be Network Receptions during ISA22?
On April 12th there are 2 Receptions: the IMR Reception from 5:00 - 6:00 PM and the Women in Industry Reception from 5:30 - 6:30 PM. There will also be plenty of networking opportunities through the Opening Reception on the pool deck, luncheons, breaks, and the free evening on April 12.
When does the attendee list for the convention become available?
Approximately 6 weeks before the event.
Do we have to pre-register for any of the sessions?
No.
Are there any private meeting spaces available for exhibitors or a company to use?
For large private meeting rooms, please contact the Marriott Marquis Houston directly. If you’re a non-exhibitor looking to have a quick chat with a fellow attendee, just pull up a chair and network in the ISA22 attendee lounge area during the event.
What is the typical dress code for the show?

Yes! The ISA22 private meeting scheduler gives you access to video conference with up to 16 attendees at a time. The ISA22 platform also has a 1:1 attendee private messaging feature. This feature will be released closer to the event.
How long can I access online content?
Content will be accessible on-demand for 90 days post-event.

What is the difference between a Basic booth, Premium booth, or Elite booth?
The location of the booth is the differentiator:
Basic ($3,250, 10x10) - Located in Ballroom
Premium ($3,550, 10x10) - Located in high traffic area of Ballroom
Elite ($3,750, 10x10) - Located in high traffic Hallway

Can I exhibit only and not be a registrant?
No, you must be a registrant.
What can we display in our booth?
You can display whatever you would like – the only limit is size and that can be discussed with the ISA22 show decorator, Shepard: orders@shepardes.com or 404-720-8600, Event Code: T124690422.
How do we record any leads or requests for information?
We have a lead retrieval system you can order – this is through ATS. The information is included in the exhibitor toolkit.

First-Time Attendee Non-Member Rate Policy
This policy is for first-time attendees whose company has never been an ISA member or, whose company has not been an ISA member for the past 3 years.
Defining “First-Time”:
First-time denotes the company and not the individual person who is attending.
A company who has been an ISA member within the past three years would first need to renew their ISA dues before registering their employee(s) for the event.
Occurrence:
A non-member company may attend two ISA events during one 12 month period (Jan – Dec) at the non-member rate.
Before registering for any additional events your company will need to renew or join ISA.
